Diversity & Inclusion
Diversity of thought, diversity of spirit, and diversity of experience; creating platforms for inclusivity through collaborating towards a greater good and measurable success.
For the 2019 MBA games, we want to take advantage of this hyper-competitive environment to bring forward collaboration to harvest innovation on diversity and inclusion strategies.
Diversity & inclusion builds trust, creates vision, & champions collaboration. The Ted Rogers School of Management has seen huge success in championing the concept diversity and inclusion using competitive environments to create opportunities to celebrate a partnership of strengths within the MBA program and into the business world.
The theme of D&I celebrates collaboration between both international and domestic students, welcoming new Canadians into the corporate landscape, and actively participating in resettling refugees seeking sanctuary in Canada.
Encouraging originality & innovation through collaboration as corporate Canada moves towards greater diversity creates a need for deeper levels of inclusion to take revolutionary strides as an international business leader.
