Register your Team Members

Team Structure

As done historically, there will be a maximum of forty students and two coaches per team. Players must be currently registered students in their program with no alumni permitted to participate in competition. Accompanying alumni will be considered coaches and will need to be registered as such. Only students registered in Master of Business Administration degree programs are permitted to participate in the MBA Games. To earn approval for participants pursuing Master level degrees in other areas of business, please provide a a detailed explanation of such program to the TRSM MBA Games Team prior to registration.

Safety Captain

Upon registering, each team must assign a formal contact, the Team Captain. Each team must also assign a secondary key contact as the Safety Captain. This will be the key contact liaising with the organizing school and other safety authorities to ensure that the Games stay fun, stay safe, and do not damage the well-being or reputation of any of the participants. Although the Games fall in a grey area of jurisdiction, and we’re all adults, the law and general human decency must be followed. Personal violations of health and safety against other participants can result in disqualification from the 2019 MBA Games. Safety Captains will be expected to follow a see something, hear something, say something protocol so that any concerns or complaints can be investigated quickly, discreetly and effectively.

Complete this registration survey prior to November 30th. Please note that teams can make changes and should not submit this until they have completed step one above.
